New season 2025. A premium Tuscan-style extra virgin olive oil. Golden hued with delicate aromas, and mild, fruit-forward flavour; ideal for salads, dipping, drizzling, or infusing into sweet dishes.

Ross Vintiner in Martinborough carefully crafts this internationally-awarded, super premium EVOO from his grove of 1100 trees, resulting in a satisfyingly high polyphenol count of 384 mg/kg. At the grove, Dali is Certified Organic and biodynamically cultivated too (BioGro).* 

*Dali is a fully certified organic grower. However because they press offsite at a non-organic mill, technically their products must be described as "organically grown" under the Organic Production Act 2023.
