It almost seems odd to call Greece the unsung powerhouse of olive oil — this is, after all, the land of Athena, where the olive tree was a sacred gift. And yet, Greek oils often fly under the radar in the premium stakes. That’s changing. From high polyphenolic koroneikis to the rarer manakis, Greece is producing some of the most groundbreaking olive oils in the world. As always, authenticity matters: our oils are from verified Greek producers and carry full certification - i.e. verified analysis from respected labs like the non-profit World Olive Centre For Health. 
Bear this in mind too: the last (2024) harvest was a 'vintage' one in Greece, so the EVOOs are of a very high standard.
