Purchase Options – Cancellation Policy

Purchase Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are fulfilled.
If the order has already been packed or shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.

Refunds After Cancellation

If your cancellation qualifies, any payment already taken will be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds generally appear within 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
