Refund policy
Order Cancellation & Non-delivery
Orders may be cancelled up to the point of dispatch, providing they have not yet left Olivver Ltd. In this instance a full refund* will be provided via the original method of payment.

Once an order has been dispatched by Olivver Ltd it cannot be cancelled.
Please ensure you supply the correct delivery address when placing your order. We take no responsibility for orders delivered to the wrong address, due to incorrect delivery information being provided by the customer. We may be able to redirect or retrieve a parcel in some cases, in which case a re-delivery fee will apply.
In the event that an order cannot be delivered and it is returned to us (due to an incorrect address being provided or our courier being unable to locate or leave the items at the delivery address) we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@olivver.co.nz. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 38 King Edward Parade, Devonport, Auckland 0624, New Zealand.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Should a product prove defective we will happily replace or refund the affected item/s at our discretion. We may require additional information and/or photos from you in order fulfil our food safety and quality assurance processes and to process a replacement or refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
PLEASE NOTE: ANY AFTERPAY REFUNDS WILL BE LESS THE AFTERPAY FEE, WHICH CANNOT BE RECOVERED BY US FROM AFTERPAY.
