Good summer and autumn weather led to a strong 2025 harvest, which has yielded this bold and characterful Intense blend of  Manzanillo and Koroneiki varietals. Pressed rapidly after picking, this is a semi-filtered oil in the rustic Italian style.

Vibrant on the nose with hints of green banana and tropical fruit, it opens with grassy freshness and finishes with a satisfying peppery kick. A gutsy oil with pronounced bitterness and pungency, it’s the perfect match for robust dishes like grilled and roasted meats, earthy vegetables like Brussel sprouts, and peppery greens.
