A warm, settled summer and a mild autumn delivered a strong 2025 harvest, producing this bold and expressive Koroneiki. Pressed swiftly after picking and only lightly filtered. A beautifully balanced smooth olive oil for cooking and drizzling, that complements foods like grilled asparagus, avocado salads, guacamole or leek and potato soup.
