Profile: Blue Earth Estate is a leading producer of flavour-forward New Zealand extra virgin olive oils, having scooped the coveted Best Boutique EVOO award at the 2024 New Zealand Extra Virgin Olive Oil Awards (for the ‘Intense’ edition).

The Classic Blend is a Barnea-based oil with Tuscan varieties added to give it some spice. A fruity oil with a long lingering finish. Analysis is still to come, but with favourable climactic conditions in the Wairarapa for the fruit set this year, 2025 promises to offer excellent polyphenol and low acidity.
