Profile: Blue Earth Estate is a leading producer of flavour-forward New Zealand extra virgin olive oils, having scooped the coveted Best Boutique EVOO award at the 2024 New Zealand Extra Virgin Olive Oil Awards (for the ‘Intense’ edition)

This Tuscan blend is no less a superstar, created from the classic Tuscan varieties of Frantoio and Leccino. The result is a nicely balanced, medium-bodied EVOO with a good peppery kick. Notes of green almond, grass, artichoke, and rocket.
Use a base for roasts, stews, soups; drizz on everything as a finishing sauce and of course induluge as a dipping oil with fresh, crusty bread.
