Varietal: Koroneiki
New season 2026. An elegant, medium-intensity Koroneiki with vibrant green fruit, fresh herbs and gentle nuttiness. Smooth and beautifully balanced, finishing with clean bitterness and lively, lingering peppery kick.

Ross Vintiner in Martinborough carefully crafts this internationally-awarded, super premium EVOO from his grove of 1100 trees. At the grove, Dali is Certified Organic and biodynamically cultivated too (BioGro). Dali is a fully certified organic grower. However because they press offsite at a non-organic mill, technically their products must be described as "organically grown" under the Organic Production Act 2023.
