Aroma:
Intensely fruity with notes of fennel, artichoke, pepper and hay.

Taste:
Green vegetable notes, strong, rich, balanced. A peppery finish.

Uses:
Every dish ... dipped in fresh bread, drizzled over soups, grilled fish, meat and vegetables. Try sloshed over new potatoes with seasoning.
