Cultivar: Manaki and Megaritiki

Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Corinth, Greece. 

Profile: November Harvest is the Manginas family's field blend, a co-cultivation of two Greek varieties - Manaki and Megaritiki - which are typical of the Corinth area where their groves are located.

Produced in November (hence the name!) when the fruits have started turning towards a more yellowish-purplish colour, leading to sweeter scents with aromas of tomato, oregano and herbs. Its bitterness and pungency are medium in intensity, making it versatile, user-friendly and your go-to everyday olive oil.
