Pietra Essenziale translates to 'Essential Stone', or 'Pure Stone'. This is an exceptional Coratina from Puglia, Italy. Intense, pleasantly bitter and peppery, with a finish of almond and artichoke. Punchy aromas of young almonds. Light green with hues of yellow.
