Olio Guglielmi's 'Edition Tales' are presented in beautifully designed ceramic bottles. Tempo Secolare translates to 'Ancient Times'.

A light, elegant blend of Ogliarola and Peranzana olives. Fresh almond, green apple and tomato lead the aroma, layered with cut grass, Mediterranean herbs and a delicate touch of artichoke. Soft and rounded on the palate, with very gentle bitterness and a clean, measured peppery finish. Fresh, harmonious and beautifully balanced.
