Profile: 'Pi' edition by Oro Bailen is a a textbook example of a world-class early-harvest Picual. Exceptionally balanced, with vibrant bitterness and pungency. Medium to high bitterness and spiciness (which is classic for an early Picual). Lingering notes of green fruit and almond.
