About 'Il Patto dell'Ofanto' or 'The Ofanto Pact': The illustration on the bottle tells a story set in the sunlit lands of the Apulian Murgia, among the gentle slopes washed by the Ofanto River. There, where stories intertwine like the branches of an ancient olive tree, an unexpected encounter takes place.
Two farmers, symbols of hard work and tradition, find themselves face to face with two brigands, figures often cast as adversaries in the tales of these lands. But in this special moment, both choose to set aside their disputes and come together to celebrate the olive harvest, an act that transcends conflict. It is the olive tree itself that brings every quarrel to an end, acting as a bridge between two seemingly distant worlds. Its shade welcomes everyone, creating one large family of country men and women, bound not only by their work, but also by deep mutual respect and a shared goal: the harvest.

This illustration does not only tell of the richness of the Puglian culture, but also celebrates the power of unity. In a moment when differences and antagonisms disappear, the harvest becomes a symbol of hope and friendship, a bond that transcends time and adversity.
