We believe this is the highest polyphenolic olive oil with the highest level of certification - HPLC, recognised by the International Olive Council - available worldwide. 

Bio Dynamic / Certified Organic. Recommended Daily Intake (RDI): 1 teaspoon (6 mls).

Profile: A super high end medicinal (nutraceutical) olive oil. Certified organic and biodynamically cultivated, every olive of the 'Olympia' variety is picked supremely early and cold-extracted within six hours (at temperatures below 25 °C). No heat, no water - just pure nature. 

With a polyphenol content of 2,150+ mg/kg (measured by HPLC for HT, T and their derivatives) this oil delivers serious health potential. Acidity sits at 0.28 % (well below the 0.80 % max). Vitamin E levels sit at 22 mg per 100 ml (183 % of RI). 

Minimum recommended dose - 1 teaspoon daily (~6 mls).

Analysis
Polyphenols: 2,150 mg/kg - see analysis here. Laboratory analysis shows 43 mg of olive polyphenols per 20 g of oil. When expressed in the standard olive oil measurement, this equals approximately 2,150 mg/kg, placing it among very high-polyphenol extra virgin olive oils. These natural compounds contribute to the oil’s distinctive peppery finish and antioxidant properties.
