Valderrama Grand Cru extra virgin olive oil from Toledo is a selected Coupage of 4 extra virgin oil varieties: Arbequina, Hojiblanca, Picudo and Ocal varietals, selected for taste and polyphenol levels. The result is a soft, dense and elegant super premium oil.

Renowned for its exceptional quality, achieved through a cold extraction process at 19ºC. This meticulous method enhances the oil's aromatic richness and mildness. The Grand Cru variety is noted for its low acidity, typically around 0.2%, which is a key indicator of its high quality and freshness.
