Profile: Latest harvest V (vee) Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is from the Mirabello Valley and surrounding areas of eastern Crete, Vassilakis Estate. There the Vassalakis family work with 200 certified organic olive farmers to create this high polyphenolic all-purpose extra virgin olive oil.
