About the producer:
Rooted in Italian family traditions, Vernazoni honours ancestor Saverio Vernazoni, who arrived in New Zealand in the 1860s. The family are continuing Italian traditions and harvest olives at their boutique olive grove in west of Auckland.

Their award-winning agrumato oil is made by crushing olives with ripe lemons and limes. Named Oliveti's Gold Medal Flavoured Oil in 2026, it brings a delicious citrus lift to seafood, salads and vegetables.
