Profile: Narbey Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a single estate olive oil; handpicked, small batch-pressed and bottled by Leon Narbey at his idyllic grove near Waipu in Northland, New Zealand.

This beautiful Frantoio extra virgin olive oil is an unfiltered novello, meaning the first of the new season's harvest, kept under inert gas and then bottled just prior to coming to our cool store. 

Besides being one of New Zealand's top cinematographers (Whale Rider, Dean Spanley, The Dead Lands), Leon has pursued his passion for top quality extra virgin olive oil at his grove, where he tends to around 380 trees comprisng frantoio, leccino and J5 varietals.

Whilst not certified organic, Leon's EVOO is produced organically, with each batch lovingly crafted by Leon himself.
